These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://mustardseedminds.com and services provided by Aleks Taylor Coaching LLC (dba Mustard Seed Mindset) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility (18+ Requirement)
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Services Provided
Mustard Seed Mindset provides online coaching services, memberships, virtual sessions, workshops, and digital educational content.
Services are delivered primarily virtually. In-person sessions may be offered on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion.
All services are educational and informational in nature.
3. Not Therapy or Medical Services
Coaching services provided by Mustard Seed Mindset are not therapy and are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.
The Company does not provide psychiatric services, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, or medical issues, you should seek assistance from a licensed healthcare professional.
You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy and agree that you are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
Certain services are offered as recurring monthly memberships.
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Aleks Taylor Coaching LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month corresponding to your enrollment date unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not result in a refund of prior payments.
Access to membership content and services will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because services include digital content, coaching access, and immediate membership benefits, no refunds are offered unless required by law.
7. Appointments and Scheduling
You must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.
8. SMS and Electronic Communications
If you provide your phone number and give express written consent, you may receive SMS appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional messages from Aleks Taylor Coaching LLC (dba Mustard Seed Mindset).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact 540-530-4600.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials are the exclusive property of Aleks Taylor Coaching LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleks Taylor Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aleks Taylor Coaching LLC from any claims arising from your use of services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
